Victoria wrote the "Canapés" Book with French chef Eric Treuille, which has sold very successfully world wide for 9 years. Next she wrote "Diva Cooking" with American chef Jennifer Joyce, a guide to unashamedly glamorous party food. From there she went on to work for Dorling Kindersley publishers again and was Editor-in-Chief of "The Cooking Book", a large essential bible to everyday cooking, which was published in October 2008 and already in its second print run.

Victoria and her team run cookery demonstrations encapsulating her natural flare. Recipes are given and lunch is enjoyed by all.
